Emergency medical services and police were called to Risser-Marvel Farm Market located at 2425 Horseshoe Pike/PA Route 322 South Londonderry Township at 10:37 a.m., according to Lebanon County Wide Communications.
The child was with a family member at the time of the crash, yet somehow the child was alone in the roadway when it was struck, authorities said.
